Almost every morning, he will be standing at the bridge outside Mediacorp, near Mac-Ritchie Reservoir to take beautiful pictures of running cars.The funny thing is, you won't know that your picture is taken, after only a few days. He likes to take on challenge so, the faster you drive, the clearer you will look in his pictures.
So Smile.. People who exceed speed limit..
